iOS app designer guide to working with developers [Infographic]
A Lithuanian developer, LemonLabs, has recently published an interesting infographic detailing a few simple ways in which designers can prepare their assets for developers in a useful and sensible way. The advice ranges from simple standard resolutions for icons, to highlighting particular Apple style guidelines, and how to package your final bundle of assets. A lot of it seems like common sense, but I'm sure there are at least a few iOS developers out there who would like to make sure their designers have at least glanced over something like this.

Sam Poueu and Stephanie Anderson: Married!
Almost seven months after suffering severe injuries in a fall, Sam Poueu exchanges vows yesterday with Stephanie Anderson.
The former Biggest Loser contestants got married in San Francisco, the bride confirmed on her wedding website, adding that she wore a Vera Wang gown and "wept tears of excitement, relief, joy," while feeling like the "most beautiful woman" the first time she donned the dress.
In September of last year, Poeueu fell from a four-story building and underwent number surgeries, along with extensive rehabilitation. He now works as Biggest Loser Fitness Ridge Resort in Malibu, California.
Poueu proposed to Anderson about a year prior to his accident, during a taping of an episode of The Biggest Loser. We wish the couple nothing but happiness.

Weathermob Nabs Funding To Make Sharing Weather Reports More Social
Weathermob, a mobile, social network for sharing weather reports around the globe, has raised $360,000 in new funding from a number of angel investors including Christopher Austin, Tim Albright, Drew Volpe and Mark Hastings. Via a free iOS app, Weathermob allows anyone to become a weather reporter. The app mashes up real-time meteorological data, photo and video sharing to allow users to report on and share the weather in their current location. Social Networking And Gaming Mobile Apps Are Now Neck-And-Neck For Time Spent On Android, iOS
In another sign that something fundamental is changing on the iOS and Android platforms, mobile analytics provider Flurry has found that consumers are spending as much time in social networking apps as they are in mobile games. Games have historically led usage on mobile. The last time that Flurry took a look back in January, it found that half of app sessions were spent in games while 30 percent was spent in social networking apps. "We take the rise in Social Networking apps as a signal of maturation for the platform," wrote Flurry's vice president of marketing Peter Farago. Around these parts, we're generally suckers for all things related to racing simulators. As such, we're excited to learn that Fanatec has unveiled its next generation of the Clubsport pedals that we reviewed over a year ago. Dubbed as the Clubsport pedals V2, the company refers to the peripheral as an "evolutionary" update to original, offering a trio of improvements. The clutch has been retooled to have a "regressive feel" that's said to be similar to a real automobile, while the brake is now of the hydraulic variety, featuring user replaceable synthetic oil -- naturally, it still has an adjustable spring and load cell pressure sensor for the utmost customizability. The final touch is merely some visual spice in the way of black anodization. Notably, there won't be any tuning kit available initially, and V1 owners might be disappointed to know that the company has opted not to offer an upgrade kit, citing costs and potentially complicated installation. Fanatec is aiming to have the Clubsport pedals V2 out by June, bundled alongside its Clubsport wheel, with pricing set at $250 for the US (€250 in the UK).
