The importance of small and medium scale enterprises (SMEs) in the process of meeting the demand of employment and increase in national wealth creation cannot be over emphasized. SMEs especially in developing countries are usually faced with the challenges of lack of basic business information, unavailability of appropriate technology, inaccessible finances, high cost of references from business consultants, limited business education, and high cost of power just to mention a few. The growth of SMEs is often hindered by the inability to deliver value based on best practise metrics consistently to their target customers.
With this mind, Senosir Systems, a Brand Strategy and SME Support company is organising a specialized seminar that will engage owners of small and medium scale enterprises through interactive business skills and brand training sessions and indigenous entrepreneur case study presentations. The one day event, which will hold on Thursday 23rd of August, 2012 between 10am and 4pm at Coral Reef, 10A Ventures, (Off Macpherson Avenue), Ikoyi, Lagos is opened free to interested participants though pre-registration is required.
The Encore Business and Branding Seminar seeks to expose participants to the fundamentals and most up-to-date insights required for building a viable small or medium sized business structure in a developing economy. Also, participants will be exposed to effective brand strategies for building an identity that will stand out from the crowd. The event is opened to small business owners, the self-employed, budding entrepreneurs, the media, corporate organizations, government and the general public.
