The 25th annual Pet Parade kicked off the Sandy Springs Festival over the week. Festival-goers crowded Heritage Green Park in downtown Sandy Springs to listen to music, check out chalk drawings and see some of the area?s finest pets in their finest dress. Here are few entrants in the parade, photographed by Phil Mosier.
Rebecca Kunimoto, with her dog, Mars Attacks,? won first place for her Wild Thing costume.
